Return Policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns for store credit up to 7 days.

Returned merchandise should be unworn and in brand new condition and packaging .

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund you.

Within 3 days from delivery we have to be contacted for return authorization. If 3 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in return delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns of shoes that were worn or show any signs of wear.

We do not share any customers personal information to any third party.  

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Israel : 25 shekel for 7 day shipping.

Express Israel: 45 shekel up to 3 day shipping.

 

Worldwide: 45 NIS orders up to 780 NIS (around 7 day shipping)

                   80 NIS orders from 780 - 1500 NIS

Express worldwide shipping : 150 shekel (around 5 day shipping) orders up to 450 NIS

                                                180 shekel orders from 450 NIS and up

Orders are usually shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded.
